Somna is a family of voice-first Alexa skills that provides calm audio experiences for night, rest, reset, waking, dreams, pain, and stuck moments. By using Somna, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Use of Somna
Somna is intended to provide passive, low-pressure audio experiences. You may use Somna only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with operation of the skills, website, or related services.
No Medical Advice
Somna is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or emergency service. Somna does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or professional counseling. If you have concerns about sleep, pain, anxiety, health, safety, or mental health, consult a qualified professional or appropriate emergency resource.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Somna and for any decisions made before, during, or after use. Do not use Somna in situations where audio distraction, delayed response, or reduced alertness could create risk.
Alexa and Third-Party Services
Somna operates through Amazon Alexa and may depend on Amazon services, hosting providers, form submission services, and other infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Beta Access and Availability
Some Somna skills may be offered in beta, trial, free, paid, or limited-access form. Features, availability, pricing, trials, supported devices, and skill behavior may change at any time.
Changes to Somna
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Somna skill, website page, feature, preset, command, or service at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
Somna names, text, scripts, structure, design, audio experiences, website materials, and related content are owned by Somna or its creator unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute Somna content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Somna is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somna and its creator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use Somna.
